01Who we are
Syvna Ltd runs syvna.com and the Syvna application. For the personal data of people who sign up to Syvna, we are the controller. For the personal data of the people who use the apps you build on Syvna, you are the controller and we are your processor. Contact: privacy@syvna.com.
02What we collect about you
Account details: your name, email address, company name and sign-in credentials. Billing: your plan, invoices and the last four digits of your card; full card details are held by our payment processor, never by us. What you build: the prompts you write, the code and data in your apps, and the messages in your rooms. Usage: which features you use, the agent runs you start, and standard server logs including IP address and browser type.
We do not buy data about you from third parties, and we do not track you across other websites.
03How we use it
To provide the Service: running your agents, storing your apps, sending the emails your account needs (sign-in links, approvals, invoices). To bill you. To keep the Service secure and to investigate abuse. To improve the Service, using aggregated usage data. To tell you about changes to the Service; marketing email is opt-in and every one has an unsubscribe link.
The legal bases we rely on are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the Service, legal obligation for billing records, and your consent for marketing.
04Agents and model providers
When an agent works for you, the relevant parts of your prompt, your room and your app are sent to a large-language-model provider to generate a response. We use providers that contractually do not train on this data or retain it beyond processing. Your prompts and content are never used to train Syvna's own models.
06People who use your apps
If you build an app on Syvna and people sign up to it, their accounts, data and files live in your app's own database and storage. We process that data only to run your app and only on your instruction. You decide what you collect, how long you keep it, and you answer their privacy requests; we help you fulfil them. Our data processing terms are available on request.
07Where it lives and how long
Data is stored on cloud infrastructure in the region shown in your company settings, with encrypted backups. We keep your account and content while your company exists and for 30 days after you close it, then delete it. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
08Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data from your company settings. You can also ask us to do any of these, to restrict or object to processing, or to withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@syvna.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you can complain to your data protection authority.
10Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email the owner of your company before it takes effect. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
